Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-farm sales meetings to communicate functionality and value to prospects
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms while managing lead qualification
  • Network within the industry to establish and maintain the Halter brand
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on revenue forecasting and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
  • Proven track record in new business development and end-to-end sales cycles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
