Responsibilities
- Conduct on-farm sales meetings to communicate functionality, benefits, and value to prospects
- Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms while managing lead qualification
- Network within the industry to establish and maintain the Halter brand
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
- Participate in growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process
Requirements
- Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
- Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
- Proven track record in new business development and managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high autonomy
- Strong drive to exceed sales goals and personal growth targets
