Responsibilities
- Conduct on-farm sales meetings to understand prospect needs and communicate product value
- Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms while managing inbound leads
- Network within the industry to establish and maintain the Halter brand
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
- Participate in growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process
Requirements
- Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
- Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
- Proven track record as a sales hunter with experience in end-to-end sales cycles
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high autonomy
- Strong team player with a phenomenal attitude
