Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-farm sales meetings to understand prospect needs and communicate product value
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms while managing inbound leads
  • Network within the industry to establish and maintain the Halter brand
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
  • Participate in growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process

Requirements

  • Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
  • Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
  • Proven track record as a sales hunter with experience in end-to-end sales cycles
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high autonomy
  • Strong team player with a phenomenal attitude
