Responsibilities
- Conduct on-farm sales meetings to understand prospect needs and communicate product value
- Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms while managing inbound leads
- Network within the industry to establish and maintain the Halter brand
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
- Participate in growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process
Requirements
- Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
- Proven track record in new business development and managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Strong drive to exceed sales goals and a "hunter" mentality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
