Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-farm sales meetings to understand prospect needs and communicate product value
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms while managing inbound leads
  • Network within the industry to establish and maintain the Halter brand
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
  • Participate in growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process

Requirements

  • Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
  • Proven track record in new business development and managing the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Strong drive to exceed sales goals and a "hunter" mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
