Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities
• Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators
• Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs
• Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams
• Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships and user acquisition metrics

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing preferred
• Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics
• Familiarity with Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
• Proficiency in Japanese for engaging with Japanese-speaking users and partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network or working relationships with KOLs, professional traders, or crypto community leaders
