Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in KSA through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry partners
• Manage the initiation of the sales cycle from lead generation through to finalization
• Document all BD activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
• Support strategic plans for market expansion and brand positioning in KSA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or industrial sectors
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business culture
• Excellent communication and professional proposal writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines
