About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth across EPOS’ full suite of solutions including loyalty, digital marketing, and website services
- Understand client needs and recommend the right mix of solutions to help them attract and retain customers
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to expand account value
- Hunt for new business through calls, demos, events, and outreach
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Team to qualify leads, run demos, and close deals
- Own your pipeline from start to finish, turning opportunities into measurable results
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital solutions
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or digital agency sales environment is a strong plus
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven with a focus on hitting targets
- Consultative approach to understanding business needs
- Proactive and resourceful mindset
- Interest in tech, marketing, and SME growth
