About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth across EPOS’ full suite of solutions including loyalty, digital marketing, and website services
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right mix of solutions to help them attract and retain customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to expand account value
  • Hunt for new business through calls, demos, events, and outreach
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Team to qualify leads, run demos, and close deals
  • Own your pipeline from start to finish, turning opportunities into measurable results

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital solutions
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency or digital agency sales environment is a strong plus
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-driven with a focus on hitting targets
  • Consultative approach to understanding business needs
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset
  • Interest in tech, marketing, and SME growth
