As part of its strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, EPOS focuses on empowering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners to embrace digital transformation through cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively cold call and engage inbound leads to identify potential merchants
• Conduct on-the-ground prospecting and canvassing
• Perform sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential merchants
• Negotiate and communicate contract terms to seal agreements
• Engage key merchants to provide solutions that address business needs and maximize sales potential
• Build daily relationships with merchants and collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and customer success teams

Requirements

• Previous work experience in sales pitching (ideally 2 years)
• Fresh graduates with strong drive are encouraged to apply
• Understanding or connections in F&B or Retail industries
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to driving sales
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Highly motivated and committed to success
