About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, and payment providers to drive growth.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance and activation.
- Support the negotiation of commission structures, volume targets, and commercial agreements.
- Utilize AI-enabled systems to manage partner sourcing, onboarding, and lifecycle workflows.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and partner events such as iFX Expo and Finance Magnates.
Requirements
- Early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial support.
- Understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystems or a strong desire to learn them quickly.
- Degree in business, economics, finance, or an equivalent field.
- Proficiency with AI tools and a curiosity regarding automation in commercial operations.
- Ability to work across different cultures and markets; exposure to MENA, Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asia is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the online trading, FX, CFD, or fintech industries.
- Multilingual capabilities to support global market expansion.
