Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and grow high-value partners including IBs, affiliates, fintech providers, and payment providers.
• Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance and portfolio activation.
• Support the negotiation of commission structures, volume targets, and commercial support agreements.
• Utilize AI-enabled systems to manage partner sourcing, onboarding, and lifecycle management at scale.
• Represent Deriv at major industry conferences and partner events such as iFX Expo and Finance Magnates.

Requirements

• Early-career experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a commercial support function.
• Understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystems, or the ability to learn them rapidly.
• Strong commercial drive combined with disciplined operational follow-through.
• Proficiency with AI tools and a curiosity regarding automation in commercial operations.
• A relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to markets in MENA, Africa, LATAM, or Southeast Asia.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Background in online trading, FX/CFD, or the fintech industry.
