About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers, establish business relationships, and manage client accounts
- Provide personalized product recommendations to promote services and value
- Maintain trust and strong cooperation with existing clients
- Research corporate and individual merchants to identify new sales opportunities
- Attend seminars and industry-related events
- Achieve monthly individual performance targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance progress reports
- Utilize AI tools to assist in account management and improve client success outcomes
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
- Proactive, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a sense of responsibility for achieving targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in using AI tools for lead generation and data-driven sales pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in e-commerce or related industries with a proven track record
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup
- Familiarity with product categories on the Carousell platform
