About the role

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers, establish business relationships, and manage client accounts
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to promote services and value
  • Maintain trust and strong cooperation with existing clients
  • Research corporate and individual merchants to identify new sales opportunities
  • Attend seminars and industry-related events
  • Achieve monthly individual performance targets
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance progress reports
  • Utilize AI tools to assist in account management and improve client success outcomes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a sense of responsibility for achieving targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for lead generation and data-driven sales pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience in e-commerce or related industries with a proven track record
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup
  • Familiarity with product categories on the Carousell platform
