About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and annual growth of assigned accounts within the Insurance market unit
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term success
  • Build deep client intimacy to enable the delivery of proactive business propositions
  • Coordinate marketing, sales, delivery, and subject matter expertise to expand account footprint
  • Sell services adhering to approved revenue and contribution margin guidelines
  • Oversee project teams working on accounts and maintain accountability for overall account success
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Engage with industry leaders, insurtechs, and alliances to evaluate joint business propositions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management experience, specifically within Financial Services
  • Deep knowledge of the general insurance market (e.g., motor, home, commercial property, and casualty)
  • Proven track record of sales success with demonstrated annual incremental growth and profitability
  • Ability to shape and implement effective go-to-market and market penetration strategies
  • Strong C-level networking ability and experience leveraging partnerships to drive value
  • Understanding of current technology trends and their application to client business goals
  • Experience working within a Global delivery model
