About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement company strategy within a set group of On-Premise and Off-Premise customers.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand brand presence across key customer segments.
  • Execute brand presence in-store through creative display building, POS placement, and stock rotation.
  • Perform physical merchandising tasks, including transporting stock and setting up promotional displays.
  • Develop territory plans and present commercial strategies to customers to drive measurable results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and adapt business strategies to suit individual customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience within the On-Premise channel or the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of P&L management and budget allocation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet customer and territory needs.
  • Physical ability to manage in-store execution, including lifting stock and working in tight spaces like fridges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with both global and local brands.
  • Deep passion for the premium spirits industry and knowledge of emerging market trends.
  • An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to identify new growth opportunities.
