About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement company strategy within a set group of On-Premise and Off-Premise customers.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand brand presence across key customer segments.
  • Execute brand presence in-store through creative display building, POS placement, and stock rotation.
  • Perform physical merchandising tasks, including transporting stock and setting up promotional displays.
  • Develop and present commercial strategies, territory plans, and meeting objectives to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new accounts within the region.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in the beverage alcohol industry or the On-Premise channel.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of P&L management and budget allocation.
  • Physical ability to lift stock, crouch, and manage in-store merchandising setups.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.

  • Experience working with both global and local brands.
  • Deep knowledge of premium spirits, emerging market trends, and consumer behaviors.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities.
