Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads in the residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and real estate developers
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business connections
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the UAE interior design, fit-out, or construction industry
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, key players, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Immediate joiners preferred
