Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, government organizations, and strategic partnerships.
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, professional certification courses, and customized learning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, L&D teams, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to assess business requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the Training Operations team to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Training Sales.
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions, professional certifications, and L&D services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
