Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, strategic partners, and key decision-makers through market research and proactive outreach.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the entertainment, immersive, and cultural sectors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progression in the CRM.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations regarding business development performance and market insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to align business initiatives with company strategy.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and pitch strategies for large-scale immersive projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, client relations, or partnership management.
• Experience ideally within the entertainment, experiential, cultural, creative, or technology sectors.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex project environments.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for immersive experiences and innovation.
