About the role

Responsibilities

  • Visit 7-9 clients daily to pitch Apna’s hiring products and recruitment solutions
  • Generate new prospects through cold calling and physical field visits
  • Manage customer objections regarding product features, competition, and pricing
  • Onboard SMB clients and ensure they successfully post their first job on the platform
  • Drive organic revenue by creating market references and brand visibility
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to support company growth goals

Requirements

  • Proven skills in negotiation, lead generation, and cold calling
  • Must possess a bike and a valid Driving License (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field-based client visits
  • A "hustler" mindset with the ability to be street smart in a competitive market
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
