About the role

Responsibilities

  • Visit 7-9 clients daily to pitch Apna’s hiring products
  • Generate prospects and share market data with management
  • Manage customer objections regarding product, competition, and pricing
  • Sell recruitment solutions to SMB clients by assessing their business requirements
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure they post their first job on the platform
  • Drive organic revenue by creating market references
  • Represent the Apna brand and effectively pitch the value proposition to prospects
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets to ensure long-term growth goals

Requirements

  • Hustler mindset and street-smart approach to sales
  • Strong negotiation and lead generation skills (both cold calling and physical)
  • Mandatory possession of a bike and a valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field-based activities
  • Ability to work as a team player and a strong people person
