About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit 10-15 clients daily to pitch Apna’s hiring products and recruitment solutions
- Generate new prospects and provide market data and insights to management
- Manage customer objections regarding product features, competition, and pricing
- Assess SMB business requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring clients post their first job
- Drive organic revenue by building market references and brand visibility
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and growth goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in client-facing B2B sales roles
- Proven skills in negotiation, lead generation, and cold calling
- Must possess a personal bike and a valid driving license for field travel
- Strong interpersonal skills and a "hustler" mindset
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HRTech industries
- Experience in BFSI or Insurance hard cold selling
