About the role

Responsibilities

  • Visit 10-15 clients daily to pitch Apna’s hiring products and recruitment solutions
  • Generate new prospects and provide market data and insights to management
  • Manage customer objections regarding product features, competition, and pricing
  • Assess SMB business requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring clients post their first job
  • Drive organic revenue by building market references and brand visibility
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and growth goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in client-facing B2B sales roles
  • Proven skills in negotiation, lead generation, and cold calling
  • Must possess a personal bike and a valid driving license for field travel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a "hustler" mindset
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HRTech industries
  • Experience in BFSI or Insurance hard cold selling
