About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of profitable new business for the Affinity Line of Business in the UK through lead generation and relationship management.
- Assist in the execution of annual go-to-market plans and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers to promote WTW Affinity solutions.
- Lead or support proposal development for allocated bids in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting within MS Dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international sales colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in affinity insurance business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align activities with organizational objectives.
- Proven experience in B2B or B2B2C sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically MS Dynamics.

- Ability to build positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and autonomous approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
