Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Own the full partnership lifecycle including identification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partners across fintech, data providers, and industry organizations
• Structure diverse deals such as sponsorships, co-marketing, integrations, and licensing
• Partner with Marketing and Executive leadership to align partnerships with growth priorities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and vendor calls
• Negotiate and manage vendor and processor relationships
• Track partnership performance and report on ROI

Requirements

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing partnership or business development deals
• Experience in fintech, trading, gaming, or tech sectors preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships
• Genuine interest in trading, financial markets, or prop firm culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and ambiguous environment
• Strong relationship-building and pipeline management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network in the trading, futures, or funded trading industry
• Experience negotiating vendor or payment processing agreements
• Demonstrated history of partnerships that drove measurable growth metrics
