Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships in Taiwan
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and integration
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partners with disciplined CRM hygiene
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, underwriting alignment, and partnership economics
- Own monthly revenue, policy, and activation targets
- Drive partner productivity and volume growth after go-live
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager on Taiwan market dynamics and regulatory considerations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Taiwan permanent residency
- Strong understanding of local insurance market dynamics and regulations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech
- Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities
- Proven understanding of insurer economics and underwriting considerations
- Established network within the Taiwan insurance ecosystem
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and accountable personality
