About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Construction, Hospitality & Professional Services (CHPS) sector.
  • Partner with practice leaders to shape and execute go-to-market strategies and industry-focused growth initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and expand strong client relationships across the CHPS ecosystem, including contractors, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead the deployment of sales techniques to integrate services across all lines of service and geographies.
  • Monitor emerging industry trends, such as infrastructure investment and real estate cycles, to identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain strict compliance with CRM (Salesforce) requirements, documenting all opportunity notes and pipeline activities.
  • Attain closed business revenue goals for both new and existing client accounts.
  • Perform primary outreach efforts and coordinate with marketing personnel on prospect campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure development, hospitality, restaurant, professional services, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry-specific dynamics, including project-based revenue models and capital investment cycles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50–80% as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and thought leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services supporting CHPS sectors (e.g., accounting, consulting, engineering, or advisory).
  • Familiarity with construction project lifecycles or hospitality operations.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
