Responsibilities

• Lead business-development and partnership initiatives in Hong Kong and Greater Asia
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and digital health partners
• Drive end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting and commercial modelling to negotiation and execution
• Develop annual growth plans and KPIs aligned with company objectives
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure partner satisfaction
• Monitor market, competitive, and regulatory trends in the regional insurance landscape
• Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Life, Health, or Travel insurance sectors
• Proven negotiation and partnership-management skills with insurers or corporate clients
• Solid understanding of insurance product lifecycles and distribution models
• Knowledge of digital health products and the Hong Kong policy environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Availability for a full-time role based in Hong Kong with occasional travel within Asia

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in other regional Asian languages
• Experience in product, proposition, or claims-related functions within insurance
