Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to relevant email and voicemail inboxes
• Research target customers and develop target lists for proactive marketing campaigns
• Maintain high data quality within the CRM through lead clean-up activities
• Assist with the creation of internal training documents and update the Business Development team hub
• Collect post-campaign customer information and enter data into the CRM

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (preference for official co-op programs)
• Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Sciences
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity and interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in-person at a D2L office

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence in making phone calls and engaging with new people
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work effectively in a team-based environment
