Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify incoming leads through timely calls and emails
• Coordinate meetings and communications between prospects and business development consultants
• Maintain accurate lead information and reporting within the CRM system
• Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of business proposals
• Conduct research on government and free zone authorities to support business inquiries
• Identify networking events and opportunities for lead generation
• Monitor industry news and legislative changes to keep the team informed

Requirements

• University degree qualification
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or professional services within the UAE
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to handle heavy workloads
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• High degree of maturity, integrity, and professional judgment
• Arabic language skills are a plus
