Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and positioning of the Natural Resources practice in Mexico through business development and client relationship management
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic industry associations
• Create commercial and marketing materials for clients, prospects, and industry initiatives
• Participate in industry events and conferences to increase WTW visibility
• Execute daily business development activities including prospecting, relationship building, and CRM updates
• Coordinate with Retail Placement and Reinsurance teams to support placement processes and client objectives
• Assist in the preparation of insurance program evaluation reports and other consulting projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commercial and client service activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, commercial support, insurance, or professional services
• Strong interest in the energy, infrastructure, or natural resources sectors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience with CRM tools or a willingness to learn
• Ability to travel occasionally within Mexico for client meetings and industry events
