About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by executing outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Generate qualified meetings and new opportunities to build a high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue goals
- Research prospects, industries, and market trends to identify high-value commercial insurance opportunities
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline within Salesforce, including segmentation and prioritization of prospects
- Partner with Producers to develop targeted market strategies and create tailored meeting materials
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships across various service capabilities
- Support sales operational execution, including RFP responses, new business proposals, and managing consulting agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex or consultative environments
- Proven experience managing pipelines and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives
