Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and follow up on leads for valuation and advisory opportunities across residential, commercial, and development assets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of valuation instructions through strategic outreach and networking
• Develop and manage relationships with key clients, including developers, banks, investors, and corporate clients
• Leverage existing relationships within the real estate developer space to generate new business
• Work closely with the Valuations team and Department Leads to ensure seamless delivery of instructions
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, fee quotes, and presentations tailored to valuation services
• Track pipeline activity and provide regular reports on leads, meetings, and conversion rates
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs with a focus on valuation revenue generation
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote Land Sterling’s expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of business development experience within the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, advisory services, and market drivers
• Deep understanding of the Dubai and UAE real estate market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and win institutional and high-level clients
