About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and prospect potential business clients within various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Provide tailored legal service solutions to meet client business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Manage and track leads and sales progress within the CRM
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consultancy or professional services
  • Strong understanding of the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to sell complex services
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal services or a legal consultancy environment
  • Established network within relevant industries
