About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and prospect potential business clients within various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Provide tailored legal service solutions to meet client business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Manage and track leads and sales progress within the CRM
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales deals
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Marketing
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consultancy or professional services
- Strong understanding of the full sales process from prospecting to closing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell complex services
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal services or a legal consultancy environment
- Established network within relevant industries
