Exit Factor is a business consulting firm specializing in helping small to medium-sized businesses increase profit, efficiency, and value to prepare for future sales. We work with companies between $0 - $30 million in revenue across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Close Exit Assessments (target of 1 per week)
- Build a referral ecosystem of 100+ Power Partners including CPAs, lenders, and wealth advisors
- Manage your own business development practice as a 1099 contractor
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and build strategic relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work without micromanagement
- Must be located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in professional services sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
