Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, community involvement, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Build strong relationships with CPAs, lenders, wealth advisors, attorneys, and business groups
  • Engage business owners in discovery conversations regarding exit readiness and growth challenges
  • Present Valuation Assessments and consulting programs using proven processes
  • Manage all activity and follow-up within HubSpot CRM
  • Provide a clean handoff to the consulting team once deals are closed

Requirements

  • Must live in the Downtown Chicago or Chicago Metro Area
  • 10+ years of professional B2B sales experience, ideally in services or consulting
  • Proven track record of self-generating pipelines
  • Skilled in consultative conversations, discovery, and closing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to complete Exit Factor Certification in West Palm Beach, FL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional services or consulting sales
  • Established network of local business influencers and power partners
