About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector in the US market
- Drive consultative engagements focused on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva implementations
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to align sales strategies with client business goals
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, compliance needs, and system landscapes
- Collaborate with architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape tailored technical solutions
- Manage quotas, forecasting, and pipeline development to consistently meet sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand visibility and professional networks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development and sales within IT services or IT outsourcing
- Deep knowledge of the US market with established relationships in mid-to-large enterprises
- Proven industry exposure to Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices)
- Experience with Salesforce (preferably Health/Life Sciences Cloud) and/or Veeva platforms
- Understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes, including CRM, HCP engagement, and compliance workflows
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote capacity within the United States
