Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector in the US market
• Drive consultative engagements focused on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva implementations
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to align sales strategies with client business goals
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, compliance needs, and system landscapes
• Collaborate with architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape tailored technical solutions
• Manage quotas, forecasting, and pipeline development to consistently meet sales targets
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand brand visibility and professional networks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development and sales within IT services or IT outsourcing
• Deep knowledge of the US market with established relationships in mid-to-large enterprises
• Proven industry exposure to Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices)
• Experience with Salesforce (preferably Health/Life Sciences Cloud) and/or Veeva platforms
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes, including CRM, HCP engagement, and compliance workflows
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote capacity within the United States
