About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through organic outreach and internal leads
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and solution needs
- Host customer workshops and organize tailored product demonstrations
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions for existing and new products
- Iterate with customers on technical scope and business models to guide proposals through approval
- Plan revenue strategy and outlook for construction and adjacent domains
Requirements
- Previous business development or sales experience at an OEM, Dealer, or Supplier within the construction or mining sectors
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and execute complex projects
- Strong customer engagement and discovery skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working specifically with construction technologies
- Technical background
