About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define off-take strategy by deciding between leasing raw data center space to hyperscalers or running capacity as cloud clusters
  • Lead negotiations for large contracts from initial term sheet through final legal redlines
  • Balance physical inventory with digital demand to maximize utilization and eliminate unused capacity
  • Partner with finance and infrastructure teams to align commercial deals with power and site constraints

Requirements

  • Background in data center colocation or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience managing large-scale wholesale leases
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals
  • Understanding of complex agreements including tiered pricing, capacity reservations, and service level guarantees
  • Ability to translate technical power and space requirements into business value
