Business Development Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
• Provide customers with initial sales information and assist service/sales personnel
• Follow up with leads, no-show appointments, and customers after their visits
• Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Manage all internet inquiries to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dealership BDC experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Organized, positive, and team-oriented personality
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a dealership environment
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality with an eagerness to improve processes
