Business Development (B2B) - Corporate Relations

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate key markets and segments
• Learn and master details regarding company products (courses) and services offered
• Communicate with customers to understand their specific requirements and needs
• Offer tailored solutions based on client capabilities and requirements
• Address customer questions or issues and maintain an updated customer database

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Strong sales ability and a track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversation with patience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse customer enquiries
