Business Development

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess new and existing business fields
• Conduct market research and identify contact persons at potential clients
• Continuously expand professional networks
• Manage initial contact with potential clients and present the company
• Plan and accompany the application process up to the submission of fee offers
• Prepare customer-specific presentations in coordination with management
• Research public tenders on various platforms

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or comparable qualification
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in architecture, engineering services, or real estate
• Confident and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing total planning projects and understanding the real estate lifecycle
