Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HR and Compensation & Benefits stakeholders in Vietnam
• Drive business development activities for WTW’s compensation survey and rewards solutions to increase industry participation
• Identify client needs and translate them into opportunities for WTW W&R solutions
• Lead follow-up on opportunities to ensure client retention and smooth transitions from competitor surveys
• Position WTW’s compensation surveys to prospective participants and support them through the data submission process
• Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding Vietnamese HR practices and compensation trends
• Act as a communication bridge between Vietnamese clients and regional consulting teams

Requirements

• Native Vietnamese speaker with good working proficiency in English
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in data surveys or growing client databases
• Professional exposure to HR, Compensation & Benefits, recruitment, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead structured client conversations
• Proactive mindset and comfort working in a cross-border, regional environment
• Willingness to learn deeply about compensation, rewards, and HR topics
