Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target list for developing client relationships
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage book of business
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions across lines of business

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year B2B sales and/or recruitment experience
• Advanced relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bullhorn CRM
• Strong interpersonal intelligence and emotional management skills
• Proven ability to achieve results under pressure
