About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support business growth by implementing business development activities within the fund services market.
  • Provide technical support and represent the Business Development Manager during pitches and proposals.
  • Assist with due diligence requirements and requests for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct industry research to identify new targets and proactive opportunities.
  • Manage the Salesforce lifecycle, including pipeline reporting, dashboard monitoring, and opportunity coordination.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and manage internal checklists in collaboration with client delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with clients, service providers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Fund Services environment.
  • Proven experience dealing with client queries and providing business development support.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to grow into a full Business Development role.
  • Related tertiary financial qualification (BCom or similar) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the fund administration and platform industry landscape.
