Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold-calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Achieve sales goals and meet or exceed established targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to successfully close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and promotional alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• Experience or exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Analytical thinking skills to identify market trends and sales opportunities
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
• Excellent presentation skills for both in-person and digital client meetings
