Responsibilities
- Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking
- Execute a consultative sales approach to qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Lead client discovery sessions, product demos, and formal sales presentations
- Partner with Account Executives and senior leadership to manage client portfolios
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams on underwriting and financial modeling
- Maintain meticulous activity tracking and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce
- Monitor sales performance metrics to hit activity and generation goals
- Develop and implement account strategies and outreach initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in an SDR/BDR or client-facing role
- Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Data-literate with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Proven track record in a structured, competitive, results-driven environment
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
- Willingness to work in an office-first model (4 days per week onsite)
