About the Company

Leap is on a mission to decarbonize the world’s electric grids by building and scaling virtual power plants (VPPs). We partner with energy technology providers to connect devices like battery storage and EV chargers to grid flexibility programs, helping to balance the grid and unlock new revenue for our partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagements with cleantech and energy technology partners
• Proactively identify new partnership opportunities and industry trends
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to shape growth strategy
• Develop compelling sales tools and presentations to bring new partners onto the platform
• Manage a varied workload with a high degree of ownership and urgency

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in consumer energy technology, demand response, utility energy efficiency, energy markets, or fintech
• Experience in lead generation, analytics, or data-centric roles
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Strong analytical foundation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment
