Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads
• Achieve weekly sales targets and generate new business revenue
• Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with local partners
• Drive new business prospecting throughout the assigned territory
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Policies accurately and in a timely manner
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Lalamove's services and values to local partners
• Execute special or ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's or College degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience in business development or sales
• Experience in logistics or a fast-paced industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take personal ownership of results
