Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide Institutional Clients and High-Net-Worth Individuals through the application process and serve as the central point of contact during onboarding.
• Conduct virtual and in-person demonstrations of the Interactive Brokers trading platform.
• Coordinate integration projects and product optimization for B2B clients by collaborating with legal, operations, technology, and client services teams.
• Oversee relationships with high-growth strategic partners and drive solutions to expand partnerships.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Discuss various products and services offered by the firm confidently with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
• General market knowledge of futures, options, and equities markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in trading, brokerage, client service, or project management.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Confluence, or Jira.
