Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead information and data verification and understanding
• Connect with leads on LinkedIn to understand activity and personality types
• Perform initial reach outs via calls and personal emails
• Log all call types, details, and emails into CRM
• Adjust and maintain CRM data accuracy
• Perform post-presentation follow-ups to maintain top-of-mind awareness
• Convert leads to Accounts and Contacts in CRM upon opportunity identification
• Create opportunities in CRM with all required data fields
• Manage ongoing LinkedIn messaging and invites
• Update CRM opportunities to ensure accurate pipeline data including Handover and Decision Dates

Requirements

• Associate degree or specialized technical/vocational training
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, and bend for long periods
• Willingness to visit construction job sites occasionally
• Ability to maintain CDC guidelines
