About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with mobile app developers to drive business growth.
- Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
- Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential.
- Collaborate with app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize accounts, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams to resolve publisher-focused technical queries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape through competitive analysis.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting.
- Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record in business retention and growth.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Fluent in English with the ability to build convincing arguments from complex data.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digging through data to find answers.
- Technical aptitude or experience interfacing with developers.
- Experience working at or founding a startup in a fast-paced environment.
