Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators to expand Flix's presence in the US East region
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and profitability
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with internal teams including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
• Analyze partner performance using data-driven insights to optimize network strategy
• Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an externally facing role such as business development, sales, or account management
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
